Avaya will install the software, firmware and/or corrections during the most convenient time. Available to 24x7 and 8x5 Full Coverage maintenance agreement customers, Product Correction Support includes the following:

  • Enhanced out-of-hours support* for remote and on-site tech installable product corrections
  • Avaya installation of customer installable product corrections — including out-of-hours support*
*Out-of-hours support excludes Sundays and Avaya observed holidays.

Product Correction Support provides an average savings of 50% over Per Incident rates (based on 2003 and 2004 data). With Product Correction Support, you receive a consistent value regardless of the number of PCNs, Software or Firmware updates that occur within that year. This can lead to savings for you and your company.
