- Business Continuity – SIP based Peer to Peer eliminates single point of telephony failure, Each phone automatically back up each others features including voicemail, so if one telephone fails the others continue to work, providing embedded fail-over and business continuity.
- Investment Protection – Avaya one-X Quick Edition uses the 4600 IP telephones platform. Should your needs change Avaya will help you migrate to other solutions, keep your phones, change the software, and install Communication Manager / Gateway as your business needs demand.
Our telephony features includes the most frequently used telephony features and applications including:
- Multiple call appearances: 3 on the 4610SW phone and 4 on a 4621SW phone.
- Simultaneous alerting: up to 10 extensions in a "group"
- Call transfer
- Caller ID / Call Logging
- Multiple directories: Shared directory of all extensions, personal directory, and speed-dials on each phone.
- 3-party conferencing with up to 2 external callers
- Speakerphone
- Direct Inward Line or Private Line: An incoming call to a particular external number can be set up to ring a particular extension or group of extensions.

- Support for external paging speaker.

Voicemail Applications
A total of 20 minutes of Voicemail messages may be stored on each Avaya one-X Quick Edition IP Telephone. If a phone is unavailable, two other phones in the network provide back-up service and one of them will answer any incoming call.

Auto Attendant
The Auto Attendant is a system-wide feature that answers incoming calls automatically and invites callers to perform one of the following actions:
- Dial a known extension,
- Spell the name of the person using keys on the dialpad, or
- Press 0 on the dialpad to redirect the call to the designated Operator.
If desired, a different Auto Attendant configuration can be assigned to each PSTN line. Auto Attendant features include:
