Administration and ongoing maintenance is simplified as the switch automatically performs key/button labeling. This eliminates the time-consuming and laborious task of using paper labels to denote phone features, and reduces costs when moving phones among users or offices.

Online access to electronic downloads gives near-instant access for key product upgrades and feature enhancements as they occur.

Avaya 2420 - Easy to Read Screen
The Avaya 2420 Digital Telephone features a large display screen with a 7-line x 29-character Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and are fully adjustable for optimum viewing from many angles.

The large-scale displays offer an effective user interface that can improve workforce productivity and serviceability.

No Paper Button Labels
All buttons on the display are labeled. The display labels can be customized, which can be useful on feature buttons such as Bridged Call Appearances and Abbreviated Dial.

Eliminates the time and cost of using and maintaining paper labels and facilitates customization of the display labels on the phone.

Users can place and track telephone activity through the use of call Log information, which provides detailed call tracking and can improve employee productivity.

In addition to the system directory, the Avaya 2420 Digital Telephone provides access to a speed-dial directory with the capacity to store up to 104 speed-dial numbers for quick access to the numbers most used.

The 2420 is Hearing Aid Compatible, has a Message Waiting Indicator that flashes when ringing, eight Personalized Ring Patterns and can be either desk or wall mountable.
