"Malicious Call Trace" is a feature inherent in your system and can be easily activated by your administrator . This "security" feature allows your organization to have the following functionality.
  • One-touch recording of malicious calls (with appropriate equipment)
  • Identifies and holds the line the party is calling into
  • Calling party's telephone number displayed
  • Receive a printout of the "calling party's" information ∗ ∗
  • Program in minutes
  • Feature included as part of Avaya's Enterprise Communications Server
